Ordering & Products
Q: What products do you offer? A: We offer custom print-on-demand apparel and accessories for dog lovers! Each item is specially made to order with unique designs celebrating your favorite furry friends.
Q: Are your products made to order? A: Yes! Each item is custom-printed just for you after you place your order. This means we can offer a wide variety of designs without waste, but it also means we need a bit more time to create your perfect product.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Production typically takes 2-7 business days, plus shipping time (3-10 business days depending on your location). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size? A: Please check the size chart on each product page carefully. Our products may run smaller than standard retail sizing, so when in doubt, we recommend sizing up. Compare your measurements to our size charts for the best fit.
Q: Can I return or exchange if I order the wrong size? A: Unfortunately, no. Since each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review size charts carefully before ordering!
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally? We do not at this time.
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, we cannot accept returns for wrong size selections or change of mind. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
Q: How do I report a problem with my order? A: Contact us at angela@thebarketingclub.com within 7-14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Gift Cards
Q: Do you offer gift cards? A: Yes! Gift cards are available in $50, $100, and $150 denominations. They never expire and can be used on any products in our store.
Q: How do I use a gift card? A: Enter your gift card code at checkout in the "Gift card or discount code" field. Any remaining balance stays on your card for future purchases.
