SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All products at The Barketing Club, LLC are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, our production partners begin creating your custom item. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Times (USA) After production is complete, shipping within the United States typically takes:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. For example, with standard shipping, expect your order within 5-14 business days from order placement.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We use multiple fulfillment centers across the US to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Multiple Items If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations to ensure faster delivery. Each item will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Address Changes Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once production begins, we cannot change the shipping address. Contact us immediately at help@thebarketingclub.com if you need to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us within 30 days if your package is lost, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries with longer delivery times and additional customs fees that are the customer's responsibility.
