We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
IMPORTANT: Size Carefully Before Ordering
All of our products are custom-made just for you using print-on-demand technology. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect size selections.
Before you order:
- Check the size chart carefully for each product - sizing may vary by item
- When in doubt, size up
- Products may run smaller than standard retail sizing
- Measure yourself and compare to our size charts for the best fit
- If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size
What We Cover:
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or misprinted
- Incorrect item sent
How to Report an Issue:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [5 days] of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or refund for qualifying issues.
What We Don't Cover:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color differences due to monitor settings
- Minor print placement variations
